Hi, I'm AJ.

I'm 49, based in Hong Kong (GMT+8). By day I'm a lecturer in the business school of a territory education institute, with 20 years of experience in programme development and teaching in business programmes.

Over the past decade I've also worked as a training consultant for industrial liaison — designing corporate training programmes and leading fundraising for them.

Outside the classroom, I direct a professional basketball club, manage a national 3x3 team, sit on the board of a youth-focused NGO, and — as of June 2026 — co-founded an AI sport-tech startup. Each of those has its own page; this one is just about who's behind all of it.
